Sydney Kayak Experience is dedicated to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all customers, including those with disabilities. We have implemented the following measures to ensure accessibility:

Mobility Access: We have carpets in place to allow wheelchair users to be assisted from the starting point down onto the ramp and into the water, as well as back out again safely.

Hearing Impairments: All instructional information from our induction is available in text form to ensure accessibility for individuals with hearing impairments.

Vision Impairments: To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we offer tow ropes that allow our team to guide customers on the water, providing security and assistance. Additionally, our staff can provide verbal descriptions of the environment, equipment, and safety procedures to support individuals with vision impairments.

Assistance and Support: Our staff are trained to provide assistance as needed, ensuring that all customers feel comfortable and supported during their experience. Customers are welcome to bring a support person or service animal if needed.

Adaptive Equipment: We are happy to discuss and accommodate the use of adaptive kayaking equipment where possible to support a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
