what_to_bring: Clothes and shoes that are comfy, and you don’t mind getting wet. A long sleeved rashie works a treat, and board shorts are quite good too!

• Spare shoes to get changed into after the session.
• Sunnies and a hat to protect you from the sun
• A bottle of water

For the colder months – layer up, early mornings and evenings can get a bit nippy.
We can also provide splash/windproof clothing for the winter season. ($5 cleaning fee will apply per item.)
